Diet Resource Suggestions

Naughty Body Fitness diet reccommendatons are suggestions to help make your fitness journey easier. We’ve provided multiple apps that are similar. However, this allows you to pick which one works best for your situation, type of phone and so on. **Check back regularly as we are constatnly updating naughtybodyfitness.com with new resources. 

Yuka App for individuals on the go needing nutritional information. Easy to use and is free or subscription is offered. Currently, this app does not review nutritional supplements. Due to the fact that most health supplements do not fall under the jurisdiction of the FDA.

Bobby Approved is a free food scanner, similar to the Yuka app, that instantly shows if a food product is good for your health or not. Bobby Approved chooses the most healthy products for you from the grocery store with ease

Not every exercise or suggestion will work the same for each person. We are all designed differently by height, weight, and so on. Find what works best for you and go with it. Your body will let you know if its working or you need to change things up. If you are interested in a customized workout plan. Please contact us.
